The radar follows 71 domains. 50 publish a valid UCP profile right now; the other 21 are on the list because someone submitted them or they turned up in a registry, but their profile does not respond, is not valid, or has not been checked yet.
All 50 active shops declare MCP transport, the one that lets an AI agent query the catalogue without anyone building an integration. Not a majority: all of them.
Those 50 also declare exactly the same 9 capabilities. There is no variation to measure yet, and the profiles themselves show why: all 50 declare a platform extension from the same vendor. What these figures describe today is one platform's rollout, not independent shops adopting a standard.
Coverage of the breakdowns
Not every active shop is classified. Country is known for 49 of 50 (98%) and category for 21 (42%). The breakdowns below count only those, so their totals do not add up to 50 — and should not be read as if the rest did not exist.
How they are obtained
Every hour we request /.well-known/ucp from each domain, and nothing else: we do not browse the catalogue and do not create carts. Every response is archived as an immutable snapshot with its timestamp. These figures are therefore a count of individually verified profiles, not an estimate or a sample.
- How many shops actually use UCP. We count published profiles, and publishing a profile is not serving what it declares.
- The size of agentic commerce. No figure here is sales volume, orders, or agent visits.
- Shop quality. The UCP Score measures profile maturity, not whether buying there is a good idea.
- The whole ecosystem. We only see domains we have discovered; there may be UCP profiles nobody has pointed us to.
Cite the verification date shown above, because these figures change every hour. The public API serves the same numbers as JSON, with no key.
